Peel potatoes, cube them, and boil in salted water until tender. In a separate pot, boil eggs.
While potatoes are boiling, dice celery and green onions.
Make the dressing by combining the mayonnaise,yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish.
Once the potatoes are boiled, drain and add white vinegar, salt and pepper. Then mix and allow it to cool.
Peel and chop the eggs, then add it to the potatoes.
Add diced celery and onions to the potatoes, then add the dressing mixture.
Mix everything together, add salt and pepper if needed.
Sprinkle the top with paprika, and chill for at least an hour.
